South Central Ohio Educational Service Center's

(SCOESC) Gifted Services

The Gifted Services Department of the ESC provides services to all schools in Scioto County and to Oak Hill Union and Manchester. We collaborate with teachers, parents, students, university personnel, sponsors and volunteers from both the court system and the community. We also welcome the participation of any and all outside agencies willing to help facilitate the success of our many events and programs. Our goal is to provide unique opportunities for all students to excel in their future educational aspirations. Through the efforts of the ESC, all schools can come together to take part in something which fosters cooperation and collaboration of both teachers and students. Students develop a more mature outlook in social and public arenas, as well as profiting from interactions with other students, teachers and community members with whom they would not normally associate.
